Our services TrueTend coordinates home and auto services through a network of vetted local vendors in the Columbus, Georgia area. We act as a coordinator between clients and service providers.

No guarantee of availability While we make every effort to fulfill service requests, we cannot guarantee availability of all services at all times. We will communicate with you promptly if a requested service cannot be fulfilled.

Payments Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of service scheduling. All prices are subject to change. You will always be informed of pricing before any service is performed.

Limitation of liability TrueTend coordinates services performed by independent vendors. While we vet all vendors in our network, TrueTend is not liable for damages caused by third-party service providers beyond what is covered by the vendor's own insurance.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
